Design philosophy
Ours is a firm committed to evolving unique design concepts and bringing out quality work. We believe that every project should be tailored to the variables of its program and site. The design process starts by understanding and analyzing the clients’ requirements, studying the site and its various parameters. Based on our study, We evaluate the feasibility of the project and advice the clients on reassessing the requirements if necessary. This is followed by extensive research and analysis to arrive up a basic concept /theme for the project. Once the basic concept /theme is worked out ,preliminary drawings are prepared which further undergo a series of refinements to finally arrive upon a satisfactory design proposal. This is then discussed with the clients and fine –
tuned to the clients ‘needs and recommendations. Next, We proceed to appoint specialized consultants and prepare preliminary working drawings .Finally all the data provided by the consultants is combined to prepare the final working drawings, which are forwarded for execution.
